Where to buy tickets:

How Do I access My Ticket?
Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase, they will be attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring your tickets to the event.
Tickets can be shown on your phone so long as the QR code is clearly visible.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non refundable once you have purchased. If you can no longer attend you are welcome to gift to family and friends without the need to change ticket information.
The Garden Tickets
You will have a separate entrance where you will be given a VIP wrist band which will gain entry to The Garden. You will not be admitted entrance without a wrist band.

The address for this event is Neilson Rd, Gateshead NE10 0EF.
We encourage public transport. The 21 and 93 bus will get you from Newcastle city centre to the event, or you can get the green or yellow tram. Using buses or the tram will take less than 30 mins from the city centre.
The event entrance is accessed from Neilson Road. The festival site is part of the Gateshead Stadium grounds. You can find the festival site field by following the path around the stadium and then turning right, there will be signage and stewards to direct you along the way.

While the festival is set in a green park, performances take place in a Big Top (nice and dry!).
Please note that all performances contain lasers and flashing lights.
The promoter reserves the right to modify the programme without notice.

Gates open at 4pm. Last entry is at 8pm.
Once you enter the event there is no readmission.
Bag check: All bags will be searched on arrival. You are reminded that bags must be no bigger than the dimensions of an A4 piece of paper.
Search dogs: Anyone attempting to enter the site with illegal substances will be refused entry.
Ticket check: Please have your tickets ready as a print-out or on your phone.
This event is strictly over 18’s. Challenge 25 in operation at all times.

We do have disabled parking, please ensure you bring your blue badge on the day where marshals will direct you to the disabled parking bays.

Chairs and blankets are not permitted into this event.
Food and drink is not permitted into the event. There will be a variety of bars and food available to purchase onsite. Sealed and full water bottles no more than 500ml are permitted. Empty water bottles are also permitted and can be filled at water filling stations around the site.
Bags that are no larger than an A4 piece of paper may be bought into the event. Please note that bags will be searched upon entry.
We have a strict no drug policy anyone attempting to enter with illegal substances & illegal/legal highs (including nitrous oxide) will be refused entry.
