Where to buy tickets:

How Do I access My Ticket?

Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase, they will be attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring your tickets to the event.  

Tickets can be shown on your phone so long as the QR code is clearly visible. 

Refund Policy

Tickets are non refundable once you have purchased. If you can no longer attend you are welcome to gift to family and friends without the need to change ticket information.

The Garden Tickets

You will have a separate entrance where you will be given a VIP wrist band which will gain entry to The Garden. You will not be admitted entrance without a wrist band.

Parking is available onsite and we advise you pre-book. You can find parking under the add-ons section of the ticket page here.

Blue badge parking is available and free of charge, please bring your badge with you on the day.

This show is an open air concert. Please check your specific event FAQ for performance venue specifics, these can be found on the event page.

At all sites, there is limited seating set away from the stage. This is available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.

Please note that all performances contain lasers and flashing lights.

The promoter reserves the right to modify the programme without notice.

Unless otherwise stated - Last entry is at 6pm.

Once you enter the event there is no readmission.

Bag check: You are reminded that bags must be no bigger than the dimensions of an A4 piece of paper.

Search dogs: Anyone attempting to enter the site with illegal substances will be refused entry.

Ticket check: Please have your tickets ready as a print-out or on your phone.

All events are strictly over 18’s. Challenge 25 in operation at all times.

This site does have a viewing platform and will be restricted to 1 disabled audience member plus their carer. Whilst we aim to provide enough space for all, seating may be limited at times and is on a first come first served basis.

For all info on access and how to apply for a carers ticket, click here, please note carer tickets will be processed on a weekly basis, please be patient whilst we deal with your request.

we do have disabled parking, please ensure you bring your blue badge on the day where marshals will direct you to the disabled parking bays.

Chairs and blankets are not permitted into this event.

Food and drink is not permitted into the event. There will be a variety of bars and food available to purchase onsite. Sealed and full water bottles no more than 500ml are permitted. Empty water bottles are also permitted and can be filled at water filling stations around the site.

Bags that are no larger than an A4 piece of paper may be bought into the event. Please note that bags will be searched upon entry.

We have a strict no drug policy anyone attempting to enter with illegal substances & illegal/legal highs (including nitrous oxide) will be refused entry

Summertime Live is a cashless site. Please bring card/contactless for food/drink purchases on the day.
