PLEASE NOTE - CARER/PA TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO AN EVENT TAKING PLACE. IF YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE FORM BELOW, AND SENT YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE A CARER TICKET AND DO NOT NEED TO CONTACT US FOR AN UPDATE ON THE APPLICATION. WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNICATIONS REQUESTING AN UPDATE

If a customer is unable to attend the event without the support from a PA, then we will provide an additional PA ticket at no extra cost. This ticket needs to be applied for and issued in advance.

It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application as evidence of your requirements and to grant a PA ticket.

To apply for a carers ticket:
1 - Purchase your ticket to Summertime Live (Do not purchase a ticket for your carer, we will issue this at a later date and cannot refund it if you purchase before applying)

2 - Fill out the form below - applications need to be made no less than 2 weeks before an event. Unfortunately we are unable to process any submissions after this time.

3 - Email a copy/scan of one of the following pieces of supporting documentation to info@summertimelive.co.uk

  • PIP (Personal independence payment)

  • DLA – care and/or mobility

  • Letter from a medical professional

  • D/deaf or blind registration

  • The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets

Please note any submitted documents are securely destroyed.

4 - Your PA/Carer ticket will be issued no less than 2 weeks prior to an event date. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US IN THE MEANTIME FOR AN UPDATE AS WE CANNOT REPLY TO THESE ENQUIRIES

The PA ticket is provided on the expectation that your PA is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.
