If a customer is unable to attend the event without the support from a PA, then we will provide an additional PA ticket at no extra cost. This ticket needs to be applied for and issued in advance.
It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application as evidence of your requirements and to grant a PA ticket.
To apply for a carers ticket:
1 - Purchase your ticket to Summertime Live (DO NOT purchase a ticket for your carer, we will issue this complimentary at a later date and cannot refund it if you purchase before applying)
2 - Complete the form below - applications need to be made no less than 2 weeks before an event. Unfortunately we are unable to process any submissions after this time.
3 - Attach one of the following pieces of supporting documentation:
PIP (Personal independence payment)
DLA – care and/or mobility
Letter from a medical professional
D/deaf or blind registration
The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets
Please note any submitted documents are securely destroyed.
4 - Wait for approval of your request.
Once validated, you will then receive an email with your complimentary PA ticket. We aim to process requests as quickly as possible, we guarantee a response to your form within 10 working days. Please do not contact us in the meantime for an update as we cannot reply to these enquiries.
PLEASE NOTE:
Providing the form has been filled out and documentation sent in - all carer tickets will be issued within 10 days of receiving your completed form. You will not receive any correspondence from us until this time.
IF YOUR CHOSEN SHOW IS NOT LISTED THIS MEANS EITHER THE CUT OFF DATE FOR APPLICATIONS HAS PASSED, OR CARER TICKETS ARE NOW SOLD OUT.
